Everything we have cooked has had the most wonderful flavour, not over powering (as others can be a little too smoke flavour heavy) and add a subtle sweetness. Hubby says delicate smoke with a subtle sweetness. No acrid (sharp / bad) smell. Everything we have cooked whether chicken, lamb, beef, fish has been delicious - beautiful flavour!
