Binchotan style white charcoal is made using an ancient Japanese method that creates charcoal with unique properties. It produces no flame, is incredibly long lasting and produces very little smoke or aroma. White charcoal has a very high carbon content (greater than 93%). This charcoal is so pure, it can be used as a water filter, reduce odours, absorb moisture.
